Kepala Satuan (Kasat) Pol PP Kota Mataram Bayu Pancapati mengatakan, tendangan keras Wali Kota Mataram Ahyar Abduh yang mendarat di dada dan leher sejumlah Polisi Pamong Praja (Pol PP) pasca-pelantikan sudah menjadi hal biasa.
Bayu mengatakan, pemukulan wali kota Mataram terhadap anak buahnya beredar di media sosial dan media online terjadi setelah pelantikan dan penyerahan tongkat komando kepada Kepala Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Bayu Pancapati, Rabu (17/1/2018) lalu.
“Jangankan anggota, saya saja dites oleh Pak Wali Kota, biasa Bapak melakukan itu, mengetes kita. Saya saja sering diuji kemampuan fisik dan bela diri saya oleh Pak Wali, itu bukan Pak Wali marah, itu biasa kok, anggota Pol PP Kota Mataram malah senang,” kata Bayu kepada Kompas.com, Minggu (21/1/2018).
Bayu mengatakan, saat diangkat menjadi kepala bidang operasional Satpol PP, dia juga menerima "kejutan" dari Ahyar Abduh.
“Kaget sih awalnya, tiba tiba Pak Wali sidak, dan langsung menghantam saya. Kita tak melawan tapi kita bertahan, itu cara Pak Wali dan Wakil Wali Kota Mohan Roriskana menguji bawahan seperti kami,” tutur Bayu.
Bayu menyebutkan, wali kota Mataram jago silat dan wakilnya pandai olahraga tinju. Ketika aksi itu muncul di media sosial dengan beragam tanggapan negatif, Bayu menilai itu ulah pihak-pihak yang ingin melakukan kampanye hitam.
“Ada pihak-pihak yang ingin memanfaatkan situasi sekarang untuk kampanye hitam,” kata Bayu.
Walikota Mataram Ahyar Abduh memang tercatat sebagai salah satu bakal calon gubernur NTB yang telah mendaftar di KPU NTB, berpasangan dengan Mori Hanapi.
Memang saat itu, wali kota tiba-tiba menendang leher anggota Satpol PP yang tengah berbaris.
“Tiba tiba itu, kaget semua orang dan saya tak dapat fotonya, terlambat kamera saya klik,” kata Fatih Kudus, salah seorang jurnalis yang meliput kegiatan itu.
Muhammad Kasim, jurnalis media lokal di Kota Mataram mengaku kaget dengan aksi yang dilakukan wali kota. Dia juga tak sempat mengambil momen tersebut karena tak menyangka wali kota akan melakukan hal itu.
“Aksi itu di luar keseharian wali kota, semua pejabat di Kota Mataram kaget, karena begitu selesai menyerahkan tongkat komando kepada Kasat Pol PP Bayu Pancapati yang baru dilantik, wali kota langsung mengarahkan tendangan ke arah leher tiga orang Pol PP yang tengah berbaris,” kata Kasim.
Kasim mengatakan sudah dua kali wali kota membuat kejutan. Pertama sebelum menjabat untuk kedua kalinya menjadi wali kota Mataram pada 2015 silam, Ahyar sempat melakukan unjuk kekebalan dengan menusukkan keris ke dada kirinya.
“Itu waktu acara budaya di depan kantor Polres Mataram. Itu aksi spontan dan tersebar cepat di media sosial Facebook dan media lokal di NTB,” kata Kasim.
Sebagai jurnalis, peristiwa itu menjadi berita menarik. Kasim mengatakan, sudah menjadi hak wali kota untuk menunjukkan kemampuannya, tetapi sebaiknya tidak dilakukan di hadapan publik, seperti melakukan aksi menendang anggota Satpol PP Kota Mataram
“Itu tak lazim dilakukan pejabat daerah, apalagi di hadapan publik, terlebih dalam situasi politik saat ini,” kata Kasim.
Walikota Ahyar Abduh yang coba dikonfirmasi Kompas.com melalui telepon seluler dan pesan chat belum memberi jawaban.
